As far as the official stance on this matter is concerned, the developers seem to be aware of this issue, but they haven’t given out any ETA for the rollout of a fix. These were the three different methods to fix the issue of YouTube Music not working on Mac, giving out the NaN:NaN error. So for the time being consider using the YouTube website instead of its Music version. The issue isn’t present on the YouTube website and most of the songs that you listen to might already be present there. Therefore, you should skip both of them and give a shot at a Chromium browser, like Edge or Chrome. The majority of the issues are being reported in Safari and a few from Firefox. Now check if it fixes the YouTube Music not working on Mac and the NaN:NaN error.
